Don't know what's happening to me.

A about four months ago i did a very bad thing and had sex outside of my marriage. I went into a very bad depression afterwards and was scared about getting and giving an std to my wife. I started having pain while urinating with sharp pains in my pelvic area and dull ache in my testicles. I've never had any kind of discharge. I went to my gp and after testing me he told me I didn't have any kind of infection. He even sent me for a ct scan of my pelvic region and everything came out completely normal. My wife went for her annual pelvic exam and papsmear and everything came out normal as well. Is everything over, why am I still having pain? Can guilt and anxiety be causing me to still have these symptoms? Should I go see a uro just in case? My pains come and go but are sometimes unbearable and seem to get worse the more stressed I am.
