many little painful blisters on bottom lip? plz hlp

recently i had intercorse for the first time with my new boyfriend and it was unprotected. the next day i went out to a mud bog and i got a bad sun burn on my face and chest. i started itching and burning and becomming very painful inside and on the outside of my vaginal area. i tried an over the counter feminine itch cream it did not help at all. it got so painful and irritated i went to the urgent care/ER. they said i had vaginitis and gave me preventative anti-biotics (injection and pills) for possible STD's till i get the test results back. im on hepatitis c treatment meds. interfiron and ribaviron. the morning after the ER i found a small bump on my lower lip of my mouth then by the next morning i have too many to count. -very painful and itchy bumps- seem to be filled with clear liquid but have not tried to pop any.

so my question is:

what could the bumps be from?
-sun burn (hcv meds=increased sensativity to the sun)
-reaction to anti-biotic injection given for possible STD's
-or an STD

Dr's answer in the expert forum, you have to pay to post. And most of the time the people who answer here, Grace and I advise to see a Dr.

i went to the doc. i was under the impression i was asking a doc on here for possibilities of what it might be.. if this is not the case then y are other people asking questions about bumps on their penis and things if it needs to be seen by a doc in person.

Bumps can be many things often not a STD, only a Dr with an exam is going to tell you what they are.
