Recurring redness std?

Hi, I have been having some recurring redness on the shaft of my penis for the last three months. It is circular with a shiny center that grows, goes away then comes back. It has dry edges with a smooth center and the redness is a bit raised. Never the same place twice, but the same general area. It has been happening after protected sex three months ago. It is painless and has no itch or liquid. Looks like a slight erosion. I have gotten two full panel std tests at two and eight weeks and they were negative. I'm going to have one more std at 16 weeks and have a doctor take a look as I have only had blood tests done up to this point. The condom might have been with spermicide if that means anything. Is this herpes or some other std? Or should I consider it a dermatology issue? Thanks

Some times our skins PH changes from things  and causes topical fungal irritations that need to be treated to clear up. Its an over growth of our own natural flora. Im not saying this is what you have but could be.

Ok that makes sense. But I haven't had intercourse in 3 1/2 months. That allergic reaction could still be occurring after all this time? Thanks

Hi if you used a condom it would not be std related. Some folks are allergic to latex.
