Thank you you have given me a little more piece of mind not to worry.    But what if the condom slips down a little on my penis during oral or intercourse but never comes off?

Hello

I was just in NY this weekend, awesome place to be.  I loved it.

The answer to your questions are:

If you have sex with "sex workers on various occasions with a condom always" and the condom doesn't treat or break or slip out, then your risk for gono trich clamydia, HIV and Hep B is ZERO.    The risk comes if condom usage fails.

You are at low risk for herpes, HPV, syphilis while successfully using a condom..

Hello

The viral HIV and Hep B, and C do die off pretty quickly.  They are delicate pathogens.
Bacteria though they do not last long, they do live a little longer outside the body.  The excat time I don't know.  Anywhere from a couple seconds to a couple minutes.

In anycase you report using a condom so that's good, though there is vaginal fluid on your penis, it doesn't get to your urethra while washing and you shouldn't worry about this.
