Floating particles in urine after completing chlamydia antibiotic course?

I got chlamydia from my ex after she cheated on me and finished 10 day course of twice a day, 100mg doxycycline treatment (completed last thursday 12/7 in the PM).

My symptoms (dysuria, itchiness and urination urgency) have pretty much disappeared, rarely I will get a slight burn in the tip right after peeing.

However, I have noticed floating white particles of varying size in my urine.

I asked my PCP and she said to just wait for test of cure and then we can talk more about it.

I am wondering if this is a common occurrence or something I should be worried about.
