red mark on penis
Dear Dr;
End of feb'09, i realised that the tip of my penis (covering one square centimeter)has been red in the shape of a map, w/o any bumps. The skin also has become constricted(narrowed), the skin tip holding tightly the penis. When you touch the red area, sensation is there but no pain.
After one month, the red mark has reduced, but in the morning some small white substance appears and slightly etchy.
Two months before, this, i have had a vaginal rubbing incident with my underwares on. There was leakage of vaginal fluid inside the underware which had come in contact with my precum.
Is it due to some allergy due to some condom which i had worn duirng that time (but there was no sexual incidence) or what is it. Please advise on any medication as required.

Thankyou for your fast reply. However i will bother once again please. Can kissing, frottage(semen & vagainal fluids in contact outside the body), sucking of the nipples and fingering of the vagaina be mode for hep.

At the outset i thankyou both for the valuable advise against my posting on 1st Apr'09, i have met a doctor who did his doctarate from Germany, and he subcribed some ointment. with in 7 days the head of the penis was cleared.Thankyou again.
As you have cleared me from STd, after the incidents as described by me such as(kissing on the lips, frottage-vagainal fluid coming in contact with precum or semen, sucking of nipples & fingering of the vagiana), what i want to know is when you write STD does it include hepatitis also.

Hello Madam;
Since the rash appearing on the tip of my penis was totally red initially; over one and half months the normal skin color has appered in some of the areas. What i can see is less redness and small dots(like rash) remaining in some parts of the area affected.
I would be highly obliged if you could suggest me some lotion or tablets, since i have not visited any docs here locally since you advised me to.

The redness is not related to that incident, and it is probably a fungal infection but you need to see a doctor to make sure.

Dr. Thankyou for your comments which have been very comforting & thankyou for your time. Currently, the red area on the top of the penis is receding and the redness is diminishing in color, but however when i pull the skin for peeing(i am not circumcised) slight burning sensation appears on the surface of the penis. The contriction of the skin around the top of the penis has not normalised as yet.
To mention here again this redness has occured after two months of rubbing incident with underwares on. Dr. Is the redness is related to this incident??
I shall be happy if you could advise me for the same.
