protected oral sex - std

i am a male and recieved oral sex for the first time, i am a virgin. a condom was used, but the next day i had a a kind of tingling round my penis head, no marks, lumps or bumps, no pain when urinating, the appearance seems to be the same if not a little redder. im slightly worried by this, could this be an std or just irritation from the condom? maybe thinking about it is making me notice more? advice please. what should i be looking out for?

Very exteremly confident. 99.999999% confident.
Condoms are not 100% because they factor in breakage into the equasion.
