std or uti?

I had exposure three month before, one week after exposure I had urine pain. And I go for hospital, doctor treated me as uti only. And now three month pass, my penis pain again when urine, I went for clinic and doctor use dipstick to test mu urine, he said I had urine infection and treated me as uti again. My question is did dipstick can differentiate the std bacteria and uti bacteria? If no , why the doctor can confirm I infected uti bacteria but no std bacteria such as chlamydia? And I had read so post that chlamydia in most human does not have symptom, it this mean we will not know we got it forever if we did not have a test? Or can I consider I had not pain in my penis for three month except the twice  (maybe uti infection), so consider I did not infected? Sorry for my bad English

No it can not, would need specific STD testing.
You would have to talk with your Dr.

Can't say if you had chlamydia but based on symptoms probably not.
