If not HIV, then what?? Chance of false negative

I had unprotected vaginal sex with a guy who gets around. After 6.5 months exposure I got tested for HIV by labcorp icma abs qual and all other stds came back NEGATIVE. I couldy believe it so I took 5 inhome oral oraquick tests all negative. I'm worried cause after me and my new boyfriend fooled around( he is virgin) he became very sick with flu like symptoms and pink eye. I'm now wondering is it possible that my test by labcorp 6.5 months after exposure can be wrong?? I lost my job due to HIV anxiety and have no insurance I'm wondering now what can cause SEVERE back pain, tongue with teeth indents on the side, diahrrea, and stomach that gurggles constantly? Could this be an std or is this something else?? Please help im so worried I can't function. Tested for HIV, syphilis. Herpes. Chlamydia. Gon. Hep b. all negative at 6.5 months is there an std I'm missing??

HTLV is very rare, not something to be concerned about. Again I chalk everything up to anxiety as I can see form your 2 posts now.

Hi and welcome. Hiv questions in the hiv forum.
Std,s like gono and chlamydia, the usual symptoms are white discharge and/or burning while urinating. His symptoms as discribed would not be related.
If your having such serious issues about HIV, getting professional counseling would be to your advantage. Needless worry causes trememdous stress and can affect us physically and spiritually.

I believe all those symptoms can be explained by anxiety. Have nothing to do with a STD.
