What type of STD could cause this?

3-4 days after a "protected" exposure from a masseuse (I do not remember if it was fully protected,) I had a feeling of wanting to vomit. 7 weeks later it still persists. About the 2-3 week mark, my penis shaft hurt, primarily when peeing but no puss or anything it just hurt. Around that same time I had joint paints primarily in my hands, feet and elbows. I tested for HIV at 7 weeks after I thought they were HIV symptoms but I've heard symptoms of HIV do not last this long.

What could be causing me to feel like vomiting, sometimes its very mild, sometimes its moderate and every week I felt like i was coming down with a fever but fever never present, I no longer have the feeling of that, just vomit like feeling.  My girlfriend performed oral on me for about 30 minutes a week ago, 2 days later complained of sore throat and a day after that she too felt like vomiting or "sick to her stomach"

I did not notice any lesions other than a pink bump on the shaft of my penis, but it wasn't an open sore. I am a hispanic male so this pink raised bump had me concerned, it did leave the same day I saw it if I recall.

I was heavily tested for all STD's before this encounter 7 weeks ago, everything started to happen after the masseuse.

This is not STD related. It could be anxiety/guilt. If concnerned see a Dr for your symptoms.
