lately ive been feeling very strange i just had what seemed like a bad cold coughing up green stuff and all that is starting to subside, but i have on going headaches that come and go throughout the day. i dont sleep right but i feel exhausted more than usual throughout the day and i just feel run down. what worries me is this weird feeling i have been having in my penis, ive had this feeling before months ago and it was because of the type of body wash i was using i went to a urologist and he gave me deoxycycline which cleared it right up, i started using this other body wash and thats when all my symptoms now started coming back up, i am sexually active by the way. but my penis almost feels heavy feeling, itchy at some times and a burning sensation the other, i had sex a few nights ago and examined my penis and found a lone red bump on the shaft, it looked like a pimple or enflamed foyderce spot and it was painless...until i started to pick at it. i have no painful ejaculation, no other bumps, and no painful urination at all or discharge. but i checked today and i now have a rash on my lower stomach right below my belly button. any ideas? pretty much its the tiny bump (which doesnt look like the pictures of syphilis ive seen) the rash on my lower abdomen and the low down tired feeling ive been having.

i hate to be a burden but could you give me some examples of the many things it could be? i got bad anxiety problems
you need to go and be seen monday and get a proper work up done. this could be many things going on.
just use a plain soap like white dove on your genital area. scented body washes are very irritating.

the female has no symptoms and says she feels great and has been tested and it all came back negative in the past month, but you cant really trust anyone now a days
