4 weeks ago I gave and received oral sex whilst extremely intoxicated (I am a man, partner was a woman).
11 days after the incident, I went to my doctor, who took a urine sample and throat swab to test for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia - both were negative. Also had a second throat swab around a week later which was again, negative for both.
It's now been 4 weeks since the incident and I've started to notice a very, VERY slight discomfort (almost like a numbness, or mildly burning) sensation in my penis. Probably a 2, perhaps 3 out of 10 at the very most. I also feel that I might be urinating more frequently - but to be honest, I'm not sure.
My main concern is NGU which I don't believe I was screened for previously. Should I be worried or seek treatment given me apparently mild symptoms? I should also add I have not noticed any staining of my underwear, any discharge or any real pain or burning when urinating.
I should also add that I'm incredibly anxious about this, as I am currently travelling for world in a remote part of the world for a further 2 weeks, with no access to further testing.
So whilst I'd like to believe these symptoms are anxiety driven, of course I'm looking for further reassurance...!
Many thanks all. Great forum.
