will Molluscum come back as bad?

I was diagnosed with this back in march but showed symptoms since mid january.  I had what i would call a pretty bad case of MC in my genital/lower abdomen area.  I was finally able to get rid of the bumps using a home remedy of apple cider vinegar towards the beginning of may( i wasn't able to get treatment from a doctor because i no longer had insurance right after i was diagnosed).   The other night i noticed what looked like the beginning of a new out break so i immediately started to treat the area with apple cider vinegar to try and curb the out break.  These bumps appeared on the area under my belly button, but as i said before in my original out break the bumps were all around the area that surrounds my shaft as well as a few on the shaft of the penis.  My question is if i am getting another outbreak, will it be as bad as the original?   Like will the bumps appear in most of the same areas that they appeared in before?  or is there a chance that they may only appear under my belly button and no where else?

I do not know much about it, so my best advice is to follow up with your Dr. I don't want to give you wrong information.
