yeast infection or STD??
On Saturday night I noticed what looked like zits (white heads) on the top of my vulva. By Sunday morning they were gone or they had popped on their own. When I got out the shower I noticed that my vulva was peeling. Now I'm really itchy and have more discharge than usual and its kinda white/clear. I got a doctors appointment for Friday but I can't wait. Does this sound like an STD?

No, it doesn't. It might be yeast or something, so getting checked is a good idea.
