Repost for answer - risk assessment of shared dildo

Reposting because I didn't get an answer (I did regarding HIV concern on the HIV forum) and feel like my question has be buried.

Friday I had an encounter with an unknown partner. I masturbated her anally with a condom protected dildo (dildo belongs to me) with additional lubrication.

I removed the dildo from her. Rinsed it off and removed the condom. (Rinsing may have been superficial)

I then inserted the condomless dildo into myself anally with lubrication.

There may have been transfer of fluids/lubricant from the dildo to my hands and back to the dildo during the process of removing it from her and removing the condom and then inserting it in myself.

This possible transfer of fluids is what scares me. What is my risk for stds if such hand transfer of fluids did occur.

Thanks
