doctor i was sexually active .i come in contact with a girl and my condom leaked during oral sex now i feel tingling sensation and extreme fatigue plus light head from last 6 months i did syphilis test plus HIV test once after 1 month after encounter and one after 3 month both was negative .plus  my skin burn specially after semen discharge or masturbation and i feel vomiting.and doctor please tell me is HIV 1 and 2 and p24 antigen test is also able to diagnosed late stage HIV or aid and is homeopathic medicine can effect HIV test results .i am sexually active from 2,5 years during that time i did hiv test and it all come negative.i am exxtremely worried and tired of these sensation and fatigue

i did two time combo test but i am worried about its reliability
plus i was asking can hiv test can be effected(false result) by using any other medicines.because i am using haemopatheic medicine
i mean like false results
i did one blood test after 1 month of sexual encounter  and the second time  i did after 4 months
plus my last question was that will the test for late stage hiv will be same test as that using to diagnosed early infections or it will be different?

no i am not hiv positive i am saying i did two time duo test for hiv and both was negative but i am having symptoms and i was asking should i go for elissa test or duo test is reliable plus i am very concerned about my symptoms and can medicine effect hiv test result .plus my last question is that what is the blood test for late stage hiv infection is it will be the same test used for early infections?

Hi an sorry how your feeling. Your last oral sex encounter is not how HIV is transmitted  But i dont understand your point about your were in late stage HIV? You were diagnosed with HIV? (Not HSV which is herpe)
