Physical and sexual changes after surgeries at 70 years old?

I feel weird asking this question, but there is no information any where about this part of a woman's anatomy.  :)  My ? is;;   The Labia on the right of my Vagina has shrank away. I noticed a definite  shrinkage in 2010 after a heart cath/with a stent. Last month in May 2013, I had to have another stent. I noticed last night, that my right Labia is completely gone.  I am 70 years and my sex drive also left after the artery stent in 2010.
What would cause such  biological changes so quickly??

Thank you for your response.
I talked with my Cardiologist and he has never heard of this either.
He said he would research it and let me know when I come in for the stress tests. So,,, I'll wait.   :)  Thanks again.

get checked out.  It could be a sign of vaginal vulvular cancer this also could be atrophy due to poor circulation-but it is a serious issue
