Confused

Me and my fiance both are not virgin. we had very good sex life in past. but we both are nervous and confused for the healthy sex life. the reason is our physic. I am bulky and my lower part (buts) are huge. the same way my fiance is skinny. In past he had done sex with skinny girls only . due to heavy weight i am feeling shy to try new positions with him. i am feeling nervous if i am not able to satisfy him then? i already had skinny bfs in past but we have not tried any positions. i am pretty much able to satisfy my partners. but i m just worried about my fiance's desires. please suggest me the best way to please him in bed.

Usually kegel exercises and perineum power exercises are recommended to vitalize vagina. You may google both the pharse, learn the tecniue, practice it and use it during intercourse. These may help. Uddian bandh -navel lock- is also good to massage lower abdominal organs. This has other physical advantages also.

These exercises are not specifically to reduce weight and not helping you in sexual posture. This helps to vitalize your sexual organs, improving your libido and improve the  type of peaser your partner gets...Yes it is trye, it will take soe time to realize its effect. It is long time process. You can research for techniques to increase your sexual ability to please your partner.Contracting your vaginal muscles are one of the best method to satisfy the partner.
