Could I be pregnant?

I've been going out with my boyfriend about 13 months now and we've been having sex for a while; he was my first. I've been on the pill since before we started going out but I try to use condoms as often as possible... But I know it feels better for him without one so sometimes I dont worry about it, Anyway, we haven't really used many recently and my last period started a day later then normal and finished a day earlier than normal and wasnt very heavy at all, then i had some cramps after my period was over, not sure how long after, and now for the past 3 days I've had a red/brown discharge thats semi heavy and I was wondering if this could mean I was pregnant or something? I've researched into this a lot and some sites say this can be normal while others say it can be a sign of pregnancy and I don't know what to think!! Any advice? I live in a small town and don't like my doctor much; he's male and a bit of an a hole so im not exactly wanting to go visit him!

I've been having sex with my boyfriend for 9 months now so its not a reaction to my first time..

I would wait a month and a half before seeing the doctor.  Some women have periods that are different.  This could be a natural reaction to having sex for the first time.  If the bleeding and brown discharges continue for another month see the doctor.
