Cramps after sex?

Does anyone else experience this? It always happens the day after my boyfriend and I have sex. The next day or even up to a week after I have these harsh menstral like cramps. They really hurt, and its not around the time of my period, but its super annoying and really painful. My boyfriend and I have been having sex for 4 years and I almost always have cramps, I would have figured they would have eased up eventually??

Hey cat640,
I get the same way when my bf would go all the way in, most of the time it can get really painful.. wonder if that has anything to do with it...
Just wondering, if you have talked to your doc about it??

I wonder if this is the same thing I'm experiencing?? My whole lower abdomen hurts, like when I sit down, walk or whatever.  It's like cramps. It's not every time after we have sex, just yesterday! We had sex, and it hurt when he was going all the way in, but I didn't tell him to stop or anything... and now today I'm hurting. I have been to the doctor a lot lately since I just had a miscarriage, but I think if the pain doesn't go away by tomorrow I'm calling him again!

I am on alesse for birth control, and when I was like 13 I had an ovarian cyst, (moved away and haven't had a regular doctor since)  and my mom had such bad cysts she had a dozen operations and it got so bad they had to do a historectamy in her early twenties.
I haven't noticed any other problems really, everything else seems normal, just everytime after sex I have menstral cramps for about a week and it is no where near that time of the month. I wonder if it could be a cyst?

I don't think this is normal, It could be a fibroid cyst. Are you on any kind of birth control?
