Erectile dysfunction at 23?

Hello everyone, I'm dealing with a big issue here. I have been seeing my current girlfriend for a little over a month and we're falling in love together. Just before I met her I was in the process of getting my first real job after college and moving into my new apartment. We've been seeing each other every day and have been having sex a fair amount. I can only recall about 3 times that both of us came with the sex being amazing but lately there have been some issues.

Lately if I'm able to get hard, I ejaculate too early and she can't enjoy it and sometimes I can't even get hard. When I am in the moment and we have amazing sex I am not worried about staying rock hard and can fully control my ejaculation until she is satisfied. Last night we attempted to have sex and my penis just felt dead, nothing I could do worked. This morning we tried to have sex again and I began masturbating (because I couldn't get hard) I didn't have a full erection and prematurely came while barely feeling a thing.

This has caused a huge toll on our relationship, everything between us is going so well that it just kills me to not have the sex life to back it all up. She takes this very hard and naturally frustrated because I can't seem to get turned on. I'm very attracted to her and need to fix this. I'm thinking I have some sort of sexual anxiety, it just seems that whenever I know we are about to have sex a little panic sets in about my penis working or not. I'm debating picking up some extenze or some sort of product to give me a full erection and revive some confidence. What should I do? My penis works normally outside of the bedroom. I feel terrible about this.

To stop worrying, you many practice and do slow and deep abdominal breathing.(Google). This will keep you mind in control. While dong foreplay, keep your sefl in control and let her hurt more aroused. In case ther is a failure, take it lightly and do it again after half an hour. Second time you will be able to keep your control. If you both know kege exercise you may kegel each other by turn and you will   have better sensations.  hh
