This sounds a little like OCD - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. There are those who wash their hands repeatedly, they can’t stop thinking their hands are dirty. In your case, I think either consciously or unconsciously, you believe there’s something wrong or ‘dirty’ about masturbation. Maybe you worry that someone’s going to detect the smell of semen on you & then deduce you were masturbating & that would be humiliating or embarrassing. I think the key to getting rid of these kinds of thoughts is to understand that there’s nothing wrong or dirty about masturbation. Virtually 100% of medical experts believe it to be a completely normal activity that dies no harm & in fact has many health benefits. They view it as not only acceptable, but even beneficial. You might have suppressed memories of your parents scolding you for touching yourself when you were little (before you even knew what it was) & have carried this ‘shame’ with you ever since. Do some reading on statistics of just how common this activity is - very young children do it, young teens, late adolescents & adults, even people in relationships & married do it, right into old age. That may convince you that there’s no shame in this. If getting over that part of it doesn’t help you, you might need some therapy for OCD...

No it’s not that I’m nor ashamed of doing at all or being scared someone will smell it I just think it is on my body which reusalts in me washing my whole body. How do normal people wash themselves after masturbating?

Well, something is apparently making you anxious enough about this that's it's causing this unusual behavior. It's possible you aren't consciously aware of it, but subconsciously it's bothering you. I can't speak for others, but I usually just use a tissue first & then if that doesn't seem adequate, I might use a damp washcloth & that would be enough. I doubt most other guys would do more than that. Of course, some do it in the shower so they're completely washed off anyway.  Are there any other issues that make you feel compelled to do more than what's considered normal? For example, some people w/ OCD will check & re-check that they've locked the door when leaving,  or become excessively worried about sanitation (so-called 'germophobes'). If so, then you may have an obsessive-compulsive personality. Most of the time, this is not really too big of an issue, unless it's severely impacting your daily life & affecting your ability to function normally in society. If you feel this or any other such issue is causing problems for you, you could seek counseling for it. On the other hand, if knowing most guys don't make much of an issue of cleaning up after masturbation eases your mind, maybe that was all you needed to hear...

OK, then this sounds like a bit of OCD on your part. Not a big deal, I think you can overcome it. Next time, just clean up with a damp washcloth & keep telling yourself ‘I’m fine, I’m clean, there’s no problem with this’. It will probably take a few times doing this before you feel comfortable - at first, you may still have thoughts that you’re not really clean, etc., but instead of giving in to these thoughts, which are more on the emotional side (not the rational side), just stick with it & keep saying to yourself ‘ I’m fine, I KNOW I’m OK even tho I may not FEEL OK’, and I think over time, you will start to feel less anxious about it. In any case, altho this is a bit bothersome for you, it’s not overly serious. I hope this helps...

So next time not even have a shower or have a shower but just not wash with soap or anything

Well, nothing wrong with a shower, including w/ soap if you feel you need it for whatever reason - for example, let's say you either had sex or self-stimulation & got a little sweaty or just didn't feel as clean as you wanted to, then sure, a shower is appropriate. I'm just saying that if you're otherwise clean, having a little ejaculate on your skin shouldn't cause you to think you need a shower, just clean up with a tissue & maybe follow up with a damp washcloth & you should be good to go. Just keep telling yourself, hey, I'm OK, I'm clean, nothing else needed. As I said, it may take doing this routine a few times before you feel comfortable with it. I think after awhile you'll realize you're fine without doing a major cleanup & you'll be thinking, hey, this isn't too bad, I feel OK about it now...

HI .. i am a male. Many people (men and wonen) might feel it is "jucky" but IMO the appropriate way to wsh would be cold, PLAIN water.

1) is suggestive of OCD . but also depends on whether this washing extends to other things (like hours washing after goin to the toilet or handling a "dirty dooknob"

2) RISK FACTOR .. overwashing (esp with soap) will damage the glans and lead to no end of problems.

Perhaps you could content with "soaking" in Cold Water the penis only (exposed) for a 3 minute time (will dissolve the semen) and gradually reduce this to zero at 30 second increments over 3 months  - desensitise the OCD.

I happen to know abt both subjects BTW and while OCD can be moderated / cured the damage to the glans can be a real problem.
