Erectile Dysfunction - Psychological

I am 25, and about three weeks ago I was having sex and lost my erection. After that, when I am with my partner I kind of get scared it will happen again and.... It happens again! I've tried to think of something else, relax, EVERYTHING.

What should I do.. I don't want to keep this going.

Thank you.

its probably a self fulfilling prophecy.  it happens again because your scared its going to happen again.  your mind is not on the intimacy and enjoyment of the moment but in fear of what might happen.

loosing an erection one time is no reason for concern.  the next time your going to be together psyc yourself up.  tell yourself your going to be fine and that its all in your head.  maybe find a situation that you know will have you very excited. likely after you overcome the fear youll find your physically fine.
