Help - Large Lump On Side Of Vagina
A few days ago I noticed a lump on the side of my vagina. At first it was rather sore, but I could still ignore it. Now that its been a few days later, it has grown in size, and its very sore to the touch. It doesn't look like any kind of sore. Hurts to walk because my inner thigh rubs against it. Ive tried to squeeze it trying to see if anything would come out, but nothing & it hurt way too much. the one side of my vagina has doubled in size, compared to the other size, its very swollen all around, and very red. Any ideas?
humm the way you're describeing it this bump sounds like it could be a boil but with the location i would have it checked out as soon as you can
It sounds more likely to be an ingrown hair or cyst. Make an appointment with your doctor and have it checked out to confirm that it's nothing more serious than that. They will probably tell you to keep it clean and let it drain on its own. I'd caution against popping it, as the glands in your vaginal skin are very sensitive and should not be treated like pimples.
