Condom Slipped half way but not totally.

Me and my girlfriend were having sex and I finished inside of her. the condom however had slipped to about the mid section of my penis, and i could see a little bit of semen in her vagina as i pulled out. i put my finger in and whipped it away. she also went to the bathroom because she had said it also decreases the chance of pregnancy. the condom had spermicidal lube, so i think it did kill most of it, but i know it doesn't kill all of it. i know all the statistics of her chances of getting pregnant. She also takes the pill usually on time, but sometimes it can be 5-30 minutes late. And i am thinking about bringing up the plan B pill... or known as the morning after pill.

all i need to know is with her ovulation period being over about 2 weeks ago, and her period being only 5 days away. what are her  chances of getting pregnant?

so even though her leeway time with her pill is 1-2 hours, and the condom had spermicide, and 99% of the semen was in the condom ( which means about 34650000 sperm out of the 35 million on average ejaculation) and when i was finishing i was pulling out but i don't know if i completely pulled out  when i was finishing. (Should have added this in there). and with regular sex without a condom and without pills is 60% she will not and 40% that she will. and with the condom it just goes to 90% she will not and 10% she will and with the pill it goes to a 99.7% chance that she will not and a .3% chance that she will. and when you put both together the chances of her getting pregnant are .00084%. and even with a little not all of it is sperm.

O'boy, I would say its a 50 50 chance, and only time will tell, but dont throw away your condoms yet or your g/fs pills, all you can do is pray for a crop failure.
Good Luck
