I wanted to say that your right ovary is sore because you are about to ovulate (which confirms that your discharge is EWCM).  Because you used protection though I wouldn't worry about it.  If you worry and stress too much it can delay your period, causing your even more stress.

You aren't pregnant......yet.  But it is possible for you to get pregnant if the discharge you're describing is egg white cervical mucous (EWCM), meaning you are about to ovulate.  Sperm can live in the vagina for up to 5 days (if the environment is right for it).  So if you ovulate within the next 48 hours there's a possibility of you getting pregnant if any sperm got into your vagina and past your cervix.  If you used any form of birth control your chances of getting pregnant are even less.  I wouldn't stress about it because I personally don't think you have anything to worry about but just keep in mind what I said the next time you have sex.

you would not have pregnancy symptoms 3 days after having sex. most women don't get any sort of symptom until at least 4 weeks after when they miss their period. you have to wait until your period is supposed to start and 3-7 days after that (if it doesn't start) take an hpt.
