Male Yeast Infection?

Well my girlfriend just had a yeast infection. We thought I was ok because we hadn't had sex for a week or 2 before she realized she had it. Well past couple to few days my penis has been itchy, but thought nothing of it till today when I noticed a small discharge on the tip of my penis. I squeezed the shaft and more came out. It was somewhat clear but at one point it was pretty white. There's always a small discharge at the tip now. I'm assuming now I too have a yeast infection. But how can I treat this? I've heard using certain otc medicine (that's said for vaginal yeast infection) and also cold pressed coconut oil. But how are these applied to the infection? Do I take the medicine orally or is it applied directly onto the penis hole?

Basically, how exactly can I get rid of this at home?
Thanks!

you'll probably have to go to the doctor for a systemic yeast infection medicine.  They are painful and using femaie remedies will not help at all - especially if you are still having sex with her - you'll just give it back to her and she'll be infected again
