Mutual Masturbation

Hi i am a guy and i would like to ask
Me and this guy had mutual masturbation. We rubbed our penis head against each other and pre-***/sperm might come out in contact with our penis head.
Would like to ask a few questions.
1)Would this be a result of having HIV/STD?
2)Would his sperm enter my penis through the urethral opening ?
3)if his sperm enter my penis through the urethral opening  would the sperm multiply using my testicles?
4)Would his sperm still remain in my penis when i have sex with other girls and get her pregnant, if the girl is pregnant, will the girl be pregnant with my sperm or the other guy's sperm?

I really hope you would help me out.
Thank you very much

1) "Would this be a result of having HIV/STD?"  Do you mean, could this result in an STD?  It seems like it could, but would be pretty limited exposure.  I think the HIV transmission among men had to do with anal sex and a little bit of tearing, so the semen and sperm went right into the bloodstream.   If you had an abrasion in your urethra  and the other guy's fluids went into it and he was infected, there might be a possibility.

2)  It's theoretically possible, depending on what you were doing.

3)  No.  Sperm does not multiply, even in his body, much less in yours.

4)  If you and a guy had sex and somehow you two were careful to direct some semen into your urethra and then you turned right to an available woman who was lying there waiting and she was on the exact day of her cycle to ovulate and you had unprotected sex with her, it is theoretically possible that some of the sperm of the other guy would not have died and might come out with your semen into the lady and she might get pregnant from the other guys' sperm.

Sperm doesn't multiply.  It has one function, to penetrate the egg produced in the woman's body and fertilize it.  But it does not have the ability to multiply. One sperm can not turn into two, four, or eight any more than one finger on your hand can turn itself into two, four or eight.  And sperm certainly does not have the magic power to turn your testicles a mutant someone-else's-sperm-making machine.   If some of his sperm worked its way down your pipe to your testicle, it would not do anything except either die or come back out next time you ejaculated.  It would not change the operations of your body.  And sperm dies after five days anyway, even in the best and most friendly of environments.  So if this event was years ago, the entire issue is moot.

Regarding question 3 & 4
3) Sperm does not multiply as in even it enters my urethra it will not use my testicles to multiply his sperm? means its purely my sperm (DNA).

4) It happened few years ago so i guess when i *** its still my semen with my DNA ?

Thank you very much.
