my 1st time but trouble arrose

well i was going to do it for the first time but the guy had trouble getting his penis up me and one stage i think he did but it was very painful i had to get it right back out, what does this mean will i experience pain having sex now for the rest of my life or what ? quite embarresing.  please comment.

It sounds like you either need to use more lubricant but the main thing is to relax. If you are nervous or tense then your muscles contract and it will make it very difficult for you both.

Maybe spend some time on foreplay, really help you relax and try again.

... there's no need to feel embarrassed. What you described is the typical tightness that most virgins feel when the hymen is initially ruptured and penetrated. In fact, the first several attempts at intercourse will probably involve some pain, tightness, bleeding, and sometimes cramps... until gradually, you'll no longer feel the discomfort. If your boyfriend uses a lubricant and gently penetrates you, that would minimize the pain and ease penetration.
