I generally have a fairly decent lack of sensitivity that increases my stamina during sexual events but with a condom it is insanely, annoyingly long for all parties involved.  Does anyone know of a way to increase sensitivity?

My girlfriend sore the next morning is not really the best option for either of us, as we would occassionally enjoy a "quicky".

Or is there some sort of medical treatment that could increase sensitivity?

This should ease your mind about being circumcised. You probably just need to see an Urologist. You might have a disorder or medical problem with your penis. You might have Pudendal Nerve Entrapment. However, your question and answers can match allot of medical conditions. You need to see your family doctor and he'll/she'll decide whether you need to be seen by an Urologist. Sometimes the biggest problems have the smallest causes.

I mean rubbing the cluster nerves by the glans is hard to do wearing a condom while inside of her.

What do you mean it's not possible with a condom? I've done it with a condom on my boyfriend's penis!

At the top of your penis, right under the head, there is a cluster of nerve endings. Try rubbing them or try positions that stimulate it. Stimulating them might be able to help you reach climax faster.
Another way to reach climax...is a bit...strange.
Prostate stimluation can intensify an orgasm for a man, and usually make them ejaculate faster. As you know, the only way to reach the prostate is through the back door.
It's up to you how far you're willing to go.
