Rash on glans/ urethra irritation

Okay, so about 3 months ago i had an unprotected sexual encounter. 3 days later had glans sensitivity and mild urethra irritation. No discharge or burning. Just irritation almost as if aloe lotion was inside my urethra. Got immediately checked as did she. Everything negative at 14 days, 30 days and 60 days. By everything i mean, chlam, gon, hsv, hep b/c, hpv, trich etc. In the meantime i noticed a redish splotchy rash on the tip of my penis. There are small red dots, non painful, no puss or anything. Tons of them it appears plus redness. So small almost not noticeable. More noticeable when erect. My penis is far more sensitive then before the encounter in the rash area. Treatments thus far: 5 antibiotics! Azrith, doxy 14 days, cipro, flagyl, moxifloxacin. 2 antifungals afterwards with 2 antifungal creams. protopic cream, hydrocortisone cream. Nothing has worked to clear it. What on earth is it??? Why did it appear 3 days after the encounter and cannot be detected via tests?? Is it something non common but maybe someone knows about? It has literally changed my life. I'm a fireman and find it so hard to walk and work it my gear. The sensitivity has been terrible. I've been to an internist,2 derms, 3 urologists and no luck.Because of the location, it seems impossible to get a doctor with any knowledge about it or that wants to take it on. Please, any help is very appreciated. Any ideas at all or options i haven't explored?
Thank you.

What I suggest you do is to not use any soaps or shower gels on your penis.  Use plain water or a delicate non perfumed soap, or baby wash.

Get some natural yogurt (set yogurt is better because it is not so runny) and apply that to your genitals.  The yogurt will cool down the irritation and calm down any inflammation.   This does work.

As you have had a lot of antibiotics, but despite you having antifungal medication, it is likely that you still have some type of irritation.

Do not wear tight clothing and only wear cotton underpants.

Cut out refined sugary foods and fizzy drinks.  Eat a healthy and balanced diet with fresh fruit and veg and drink lots of water, 2-3 litres per day is usually recommended, more if you sweat or workout.  Eating live yogurt is also helpful.

Prostate problems would not cause an irritation in the glans.

Best wishes.

You should get a test for a pcr test for mycoplasma.  Have they check your prostate?
