Rash on penis, pain in shaft

Hi,

I have had a lot of weird problems with my penis lately. I've never had any problems during sex before, but about a week after I met my girlfriend (around the middle of November), I noticed a few red dots on the top of my penis, after sex. They didn't hurt at all but I went to the doctor to check it out. He tested me for STDs and yeast and everything was negative. Just before I went on a trip, we had sex and she slipped a little so that I broke a blood vessel and got diagnosed with a minor bruise on my penis. The dots disappeared after a few days and the blood vessel healed fine, at least it looked like it. After that, everything was fine for about 2 weeks or so, but then the red dots came back. I read that it could be due to friction so I bought a moisturizing cream just to help it heal which made the dots go away instantly but it made me a little numb.

My girlfriend slipped again but this time no blood vessels broke, it was just hurting really bad, but the pain disappeared within a day. About a week later, I started feeling numb and I had a lot of pain on the head of the penis. I went back to the doctor who gave me a cortisone-steroide cream that I should use for a week to take away the irritation. It seemed to be working but then the skin got really red and irritated and the pain got much worse. So I went to the hospital and they tested me for STDs again - negative, and then HIV - negative. After that they tested my urine and found yeast in it. They tested for diabetes but that was also negative. I got fluconazole for the yeast and the doctor said that everything should be fine within 5 days. After 5 days, it started bleeding from the skin on the head of the penis, just above the shaft and the pain was almost at the same level. This was yesterday and this time they had no clue at all at the hospital when I went back. They tested my urine again and the yeast was gone but since it looked worse than before they just gave me a anti-fungal cream and diagnosed me with yeast infection in the skin, but I'm a bit skeptical about this. I used the cream two times yesterday and one time today and the skin keeps peeling more and more and it comes blood from it. The places where it is bleeding is where I've small blisters which have occurred lately.

The doctor wanted me to follow up with an infection specialist and I'm trying to get an appointment as soon as possible. I'm just wondering if someone have any ideas about what's going on with me. It feels like things are getting worse whatever I do. I haven't been able to have sex in weeks now and I'm really scared about what's going on. Could it be an infection that comes from a possible penis fracture?

Thank you very much for the response, I really appreciate it =)

Hopefully it is just a yeast infection that is both at the top of the penis and in the urine, even if the urine appears to be clean now. The thing is though that we use condoms, even if we broke one a few weeks ago. She got tested for STDs and yeast last week, she didn't have yeast and probably no STDs either since I appear to be clean. I think she will get the results back tomorrow. What scares me a bit is that I've a lot of pain in the shaft of the penis, not only above the shaft. It feels like if it would have been a yeast infection under the skin, then it wouldn't hurt in the shaft? That's why I think that I might have a minor fracture or something like that. It looks a little swollen, but maybe it can be because of the yeast?

It sounds like your girlfriend could be the culprit. (unless she's not the only one you're sleeping with) It seems like she has a yeast infection or some sort of infection that you both keep passing back and forth when you have unprotected sex. Have you asked her if she has had any issues?...The anti-fungal  cream should do the trick. I would also definitely follow up with the infection specialist as you were told. Once your rash/infection is gone, use condoms with your girlfriend and see what happens.....The BEST part out of this whole post is the you are CLEAN. You are negative for everything that is Life Threatening. PLEASE stay that way. Life is way too short to let someone come take it from you with careless sexual acts...Good luck:)
