Hello, iv recently started having sex and stuff but im finding it extremely hard to control myself and its ruining the moment because i *** stupidly quickly. Im extremely embarresed and my partner is understanding but when she touched me yesterday, it felt like my penis spazemed and i just came after 10 seconds. This is ridiculous?
Iv lasted alot longer in my previous sexual experiences and so this is a cause for concern with my new partner. I am still very inexperience in general though but lasting between 10-30 seconds everytime is really affecting my confidence.

Put on a condom the moment you become erect. It will dull the sensation a little (not enough to spoil the fun) and calm things down enough to last longer. This will keep you from getting a huge load of anxiety that makes things progressively worse each time.
