burning swollen vagina

i am a 17 year old girl. i have been experiencing a sore swollen burn to touch area around the opening of my vagina. it has been going on for three days now ever since i had sex for the first time in a month. i have tried to use things like vagasil and diaper rash cream to sooth it but it is not helping this is the first time i have never had this happen before and i have been with the same person for over a year. i also have an iud in. is this something that should go away or is there anything i can do to help it?

u should contact your doctor, may be u got thrush of the worse type .
Did u used any kind of lube while having sex ? might be that could effect.
