Testicular abnormality

My left testicle feels as if it had been popped and (like a brain) feels as if there are a tangle of veins or tubes that are spread freely. At first I thought it may have been abnormal growth clustered like testicular cancer but I feel no hardness or lumps. The round part of my left testicle itself also feels smaller than the right so I definitely think it has burst. It had actually been in this condition for almost 6 years now and I notice that the amount of free-flowing "coils" I should say seem to be increasing/getting bigger. I am aware of how long the glands are inside the testis- I just want to know if it is okay to be in such a condition where my testicle has burst.

Should I go to a doctor to have it checked although there are no hard lumps? If it is some kind of abnormal growth, is it safe to have sex with a partner without transmitting something?

If you've had this problem 6 years, it is not testicular tortion.

Testicular tortion causes severe pain and emergency treatment (surgery).

What you are descirbing sounds like testicular tortion. Have you had any trauma in the past 6 years? You need to see a doctor, even if it's not testicular tortion. If you don't, you could possibly lose a testicle.
