Vaginal Tears, Help!

Hi. A couple of weeks ago, my partner and I had protected sex and the condom got extremely dry. As a result, I got these 2 vaginal tears. About a week later, we tried again. I guess the cuts got reopened and now they hurt way worse. Ive been putting neosporin on them. Today I used a mirror to look at them and now I have little bumps with white heads on them. My right lymph node in my groin area is a little swollen and tender as well. What is the problem? Is the lymph node swollen from the cuts?? And are the little bumps caused from my pores clogging from the neosporin? Im terrified it might be herpes just from reading articles online. But Ive been monogomous and my partner has too. And Ive never experienced anything like this until this point.

Hi Girl, Yes itching is a sign things are healing, but being were they are dont scratch, just live with it, but when you can see there healed give more time till you have sex, dont be pushed on by your b/f, and when you feel its time use lots of lubrication.
But in the mean time keep him happy with hand jobs or oral sex, always kept me happy.

I've started doing the sea salt bath treatments to see how that turns out. today i noticed that's swollen lymph node has gone down significantly and really isn't sore anymore. also the area that i have the cuts in is starting to itch a little and the bumps seem to be going away slowly. is this swollen lymph node going down and the itching a sign that things are healing?

Hi Girl, If your going to do the sea salt treatment, then leave off the cream, I think it would have been better to see your doctor and got some wide spectrum antibiotics, and fight it from the inside your body, the less creams you put inside your vagina the better for you.
And dont forget no sex yet.

You could have irritated your skin, just give it a week and leave it alone.

Do not put neosporin on them, it will.make them worse! let them heal by themselves.

Hi Girl, First have you heard of ludrication, if not then you should it would help you not get this kind of thing happaning.
Painful lymph nodes are generally a sign that your body is fighting an infection. The soreness usually goes away in a couple days, without treatment. The lymph node may not return to its normal size for several weeks.
Try a warm sea salt bath, the sea salt will help heal and clean your tears, try doing this twice a day for a week, let the water get inside you, it will help, but you will need to lay off sex for a couple of weeks.
Good Luck
