can't keep it hard I have neuropathy from my back

I can't keep a hard on, my wife can use a vibrator on it to make me have a orgasm, but it's half hard, not enough for intercourse.I use a dido on my wife she has a orgasm, but commented it would be nice with a real penis.
I don't no if it a hint to let a guy screw her, the thought of that gives me a hard on.
What''s going on, what to do.

I have been to my Dr. he gave me cialis that gave me head ache but no help on the penis. My penis has started to loose some felling, my wife will masturbate me but she has to use are means now. She said I can't do that but pain to the penis makes it hard.
Or a real strong vibrator not the normal one.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
What you are having is erectile dysfunction. can be due to injury to nerves; lack of blood supply to penis; in certain diseases like diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol; neurological problems like parkinsonism ,multiple sclerosis; stress ,anxiety, depression; too much of alcohol ,smoking ;injury to pelvic area etc. I suggest you should avoid alcohol and smoking if you have habit.

You should also consult a urologist and get these causes ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
