I'm 22 years old and of good health, not sexualy active. lately during my sleep I get a very hard erection and my penis keeps discharging a white-ish liquid (in small drops) for some time, then it stops and my penis gets back to normal. It only happens when I'm sleeping not when I'm conscious. the liquid doesn't have any distinctive smell, and its a little sticky but not as much as sperm.

This is natural, when your body builds up seman and does not have a release for it, it will make a release. It's called a "wet-dream".

That's what happens when you stop masturbating. Your body needs to empty itself somehow. If you don't release it manually it will release automatically in your sleep.
As an experiment, try masturbating again and see if it goes away.
