Chaffing? Or uti?

A couple days ago I started to notice that the tip/ urethra was really sensitive and burned a little when I peed. I haven't had sex, I am in a monogamous relationship. It is a little red right at the opening of the urethra there are no discharges. But I don't know what it could be. I've done some research and it could be a UTI but I know it's not common in men. And it's not red or sensitive anywhere else.

Do I have anything to worry about?

You have an urinary infection which might not be that serious at the present time and if you drink cranberry juice for a few days or take a  cranberry pill that you can buy at you local drug store should take care of it.. I take a 4200 mg supplement everyday .. good luck

You probably need a urine test to rule out the common STI just so as to ease your mind. It sounds like a non-specific urethritis.
