is it safe.....

My gf and i had sex a few days ago..... we decided not to use a condom cause she don't really like it due to the latex feeling.... it was a quick one but i didnt came inside her vagina. as soon as i realise i was about the ***, i pull it out, but during the process when it eject, it kind of hit onto her vagina on the surface. Will she get pregnant? her period is suppose to come in 10 days time.... PLS HELP ME....

There is a small risk, and it sounds like you are reasonably close to her fertile period too.  It would probably be a good idea for her to take a "morning after" pill, these are effective up to 3 or 4 days after sex.

If she doesn't like condoms (and as long as neither of you are having sex with anyone else ever!), you should get another method of contraception sorted SOON.  There are several options - pill, IUD, injections, contraceptive implants...

yes she can get pregnant. even though you did not ejaculate you did release pre ejaculate. most (just about all) men do not feel when they do this. it DOES contain sperm. if her period is late wait 3-7 days and ask her to take an hpt. IF she is not pregnant whether she likes condoms or not insist on using them and suggest to her that she get on another form of b/c as well. seeing as how by themselves neither are 100% effective. if she won't use both...or even or the other i would suggest refraining from sex.
