I am male with a age of 21 ,when i am performing hand job the sperms are not coming out . if i forced the pennis and pinch it only one drop is coming out which is in water colour.

Make an appointment with a urologist. If you don't know any, ask your regular doctor for a referral. Explain to the urologist that when you ejaculate, there is no semen coming out of your urethra. This is a clear enough description for the doctor to know what problem he is looking for. He might order an MRI to be sure your ducts are not blocked. Good luck!
