Paranoia and worry over loofa and pregnancy

I've been going through intense paranoia and worries after that one masturbation session I had couple weeks ago. Haven't jerked off since. What happened was I made a huge mess, it was all over my leg and crotch. So I immediately went to shower to clean it off. And in the process of doing so, I used a loofa to clean off the mess I made.

This is where my paranoia kicks in.

Can cleaning sperm with a loofa with soap-free body wash (Aveeno) and moderately warm water ever pregnant the next person that uses it (30 mins after)? I've been super paranoid that there could be remaining semen/sperm on the loofa that would pregnant one of my family members. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I just can't get out of my mind. Even the off-chance of 1%, is killing me inside. I need help guys.

I did not say that moisturizer would kill or not kill the sperms. I suggested that you should  search on the mechanism of conception so that you will be confident that the situation is not appropriate foe conception. This understanding will create confidence and you will feel relieved. Understand the process of conception.Google this sentence.

I read the content of the moisturizer. For killing sperms , change in ph can kill sperms. Change in temperature can also kill sperms. Then the person who is using loofa will be using soap or moisturizer so it will be a double wash for Loofa. To manifest conception, you need many positive factor. You may read mechanism of conception to find which type of environment is necessary for conception and you will find that conception is not possible in this environment.

Even if it is soap-free? I heard soap-free doesn't have the chemicals to kill the sperm

It is far-fetched imagination. Sperms are killed when they come in contact with body wash.
