Syphillis or Ingrown hair?

About a week ago I received a handjob from a partner.  We are both virgins.  A day or two after that I noticed a small painless bump on my shaft, I just assumed it was an ingrown hair.  Now today, I've popped it and a tightly wound hair has come out, but the lymph nodes on the left side in my groin are tender and the bump where the ingrown hair was looks like a chancre ulcer.  Is it possible that I got syphillis from my partners handjob?

Thanks for the quick response.  I didn't know if I should include what happens before in case it was relevant.  And also thanks for the peace of mind, good looking out.

No, you did not get an STD. It does sound like an ingrown hair and possibly an infection is the lymph node is swollen. It may be a good idea to see your Dr about this. You don't have to mention the hand job because there is no way you could have gotten anything from that, just the ingrown hair and swollen lymph node.
