As above. I'm just unsure if this fetish is illegal, since one couldn't get used underwear unless it's from another person. I sniffed, and just couldn't get out of this habit. Getting more frequent.

Fetishes per se aren't illegal, the illegal part would be if someone did something against the law to indulge a fetish, like theft (someone in our area was arrested for stealing ladies' underwear from their homes) or setting up hidden cameras, etc.
