premature ejaculation and night fall

I am 26 yr male ,married last year . It's been many years i am facing PE and night fall problems . Due to which i feel very much stressed and my sex life is not going good at all , now i feel i have developed a fear of sex . Thanks to durex performa condoms which helps me to delay ejaculation for a little better time . Even after the sex i feel so much restless and tired and my eyes feel pain and uneasyness. I don't know what to do and how to manage this problem . Do i have a big health issue ? On 14th i have booked an appointment with local andrologist . Am i doing the right thing ? Please suggest me what should i do and what else i should tell my doctor about this thing and be prepared for things ?

Yes he said everything is fine if you don't have problem in erection. He just adviced to use local anaesthetic lotion to nunb the gland but i din't find it as a good idea. What i have learned is to do routine exercise and master the exercise you adviced i know it will benefit me and make my body system strong.
Thank you

You may give feed back on what your andrologist advises you.If he says everything is okay. you may go for few exercises like male deer exercise, kegel exercise, Uddian Bandh (navel energy yoga lock). Google these words and learn the exercises and practice them regularly. Sat kriya is also a good yogic breathing exercise to boost up your sexual health. You may do all the exercises. Each exercise will work energetically to enhance your sexual vigor.
