I am almost 61 and I miss sex. Problem is I have vaginal dryness and it seems like everything is getting smaller in my vaginal area. What can I do?
Women after menopause experience vaginal constriction to the extent of having painful intercourse. Using lots of lube is a good idea. If that is not sufficient go in for vaginal dilators. You may need estrogen cream also which can be prescribed by your doctor, not a big issue. The condition I think is called vaginal atrophy.
I recommend the use of a warming lubricant that is design for "intimate" purposes.
