hello, im 27 and my girlfriend thinks that my penis and testicals are shrinking, what causes this please help, we shouldnt be going through this stage yet. could my meth usage in the past have something to do with it. ive been clean for 3 years now.

thanks for the help, i drink alot of water already, not so much a couch potato, never have been but i do drink beer pretty regularly, im kinda embarassed to go see the doc about this issue.
Please go see a doctor about this. If you are using any kind of steriods that can shrink things, so it is also possible a natural hormonal imbalance may do that too. Its a simple blood test to get hormone levels.

Don't use drugs or drink much alcohol. Take L-argimine. Exercise 3-4 times a week. Don't use a lot of soy products. Avoid prescription meds by being healthy and eating right. Have relations regularly.
