The symptoms you listed are associated with a yeast infection. It needs to be diagnosed though and treated. Especially since you admitted having unprotected sex with a guy who was known to get around. I'm not being judgemental, but you really need to be responsible for your health by protecting yourself. Until you are in a relatively long and committed relationship and know that status of your partner's health by way of STD and HIV testing, you would be wise to use condoms. There are so many things to catch these day and while anything can happen with even a long term partner, you don't want to be playing russian roulette with your vagina--kwim?

So, please make an appointment with your gyno so that you can be properly diagnosed and treated. But more importantly, rule out anything else.

Best of luck
