Patch of red skin in buttocks not going away (pic inside)

It appeared gradually starting a little longer than a month ago.

I have considered eczema, since I have dermatitis on my face. I have applied the same treatment on the area (Kelual) with no success. I have then thought it could be a fungal infection. I already had Lamisil 1% at home and have been using it for longer than a week... with no success.

I have then started looking into certain types of Lymphoma, specifically T-cell lymphoma, aka Mycosis Fungoides, and have begun to be a little scared. I've already set an appointment with the dermatologist.

Around the patch of reddened skin, there seems to be a rash consisting in small reddish spots.
