Presence of innumerable moles in my waist.
Hello, I'm 23. Recently I observed that there are innumerable moles appearing on my body. It is spreading all over my waist and is increasing even more with every passing day. I have no such moles on my hands or face or any exposed areas of my body. These aren't flat and are protruding out from the skin. It is even spreading in my breasts now. What does this mean ? Is it some kind of a serious issue ?
